When Nikki Malley started dabbling in the art of small-batch canning, the concept of Malley Farms was born in 2002. Nikki’s hobby turned into a small cottage food business selling at the Galesburg Farmer’s Market in 2016. Her unique products created a brand identity that urged her into exploring the option of expanding into a production sale and having a permanent retail structure; thus, Malley Farms on historic Seminary Street was born, offering a vast selection of jams, jellies, sauces, etc., and specialty food products from around the world.
