Opened in July of 2001, Piece has been producing small batches of handcrafted brews in their seven-barrel brew-house.
Brewer Jonathan Cutler has 16 years of brewing experience, and has brewed at some of the most well respected breweries in the country. He is also a graduate of the esteemed Siebel Institute and received formal training from the Master Brewers Association of America. In 2006, after 5 years of winning top medals at national and international competitions, Piece and Jonathan Cutler won the prestigious World Beer Cup Champion Small Brewery and Brewmaster Award.
